Cover for pre-existing medical conditions

We think that everyone should have access to affordable cover, which is why we provide Travel Insurance for a wide range of pre-existing medical conditions. More serious health issues may incur an additional premium, but we automatically accept many minor conditions at no extra cost - see the full list. If your condition falls into this second category, then there's no need to disclose it during the screening process of your quote.

During this screening process, you'll be asked a series of questions to determine if we can cover you for your condition. In most cases we'll be able to offer you cover, but now and again, we may not be able to. The most important thing to remember is to disclose your condition (provided it's not an automatically-accepted minor condition), no matter how long ago or insignificant it may seem - failure to do so may mean your claim is denied.
